Special Free Class! "Be Still" Winter Landscape

Tuesday Morning, December 29th @ 10:00 AM

Tuesday Evening, December 29th @ 7:00 PM (est)

"Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!" Psalm 46:10.  I have always loved Psalms as a model of worship, a reflection of the human condition, and a source of direction, reassurance, and hope. About a year ago, when I did the original study for this painting,  my thoughts were about "quiet reflection".  Now, at the end of 2020 and the beginning of another new year, the message of this verse from Psalms seems to be more of a powerful command, a reassurance, and a promise from God.  "Be still", because He speaks to us in a still small voice in the quietness of our mind... "know that I AM God", all-knowing, all-powerful, and omnipresent... "exalted among the nations and in the earth"... in authority above man and nature.  Be at peace, my friend... He's got it covered!

The suggested size for this painting is 9 in. x 12 in. on 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper (that will mount under a standard 11 in. x 14 in. mat and frame).

Please join me for painting "Be Still" in Watercolor, on Tuesday Evening at 7:00 PM or, if you prefer, register for the Tuesday Morning Session on December 29th at 10:00 AM (est).)
