A word to the wise: Applying light, loose brushstrokes on top of a richly textured background layer allows underlying colors to filter through - giving added light and life to your subject!  The original painting was rendered on an * in. square extra deep cradled wood painting panel, but the pattern may be re-sized to fit any square surface.  DecoArt Americana Acrylic paints and mediums are listed.  The project also uses DecoArt Texture Crackle (texture paste) and DecouPage Matte adhesive/finish.  E-Pattern packet includes full-color, step-by-step instructions and pattern.
