A family of graceful, whimsical deer are painted on a set of "faux candle pillars" made by JB Wood Products, Inc. (Pillars may be topped with battery-powered tea lights, or wired candelabra clips may be purchased separately from JBWood.) The tallest deer stands 11 ½ inches high. The background is developed with layered acrylic techniques using plastic wrap, stenciling and texture medium. As always, there's complete painting instructions and lots of photos to guide you through this fun-filled lesson!
